How plans work

  • Pay per licensed camera, from 1 to 64 cameras per account. A licensed camera stays billable while it is offline.
  • Standard cameras (up to 4MP) and high-resolution cameras (5–8MP) are the same price.
  • Longer local recording (14 or 30 days) can be selected when your appliance's storage supports it, at no change to the plan price.
  • Continuous cloud recording is coming soon as a separate paid option.
  • Existing customers keep their current plan. Nothing changes automatically.
